Health Care Community – The Haven, Assisted Living and Memory Care
We were notified this afternoon that we have a second resident in The Haven that has tested positive for COVID-19, they have very minor symptoms. They are isolating in our COVID unit with the other positive COVID-19 resident.
All residents in our AssistedLiving and Memory Care Community are negative.
As per our policy, we continue to test all Health Care Community employees and residents twice a week until we have two weeks in a row of all negative cases.
All staff follows the core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention. Employees continue to be screened daily for signs/symptoms before their shift.
We will continue to keep you posted as we continue to receive test results. This new variant is highly contagious and we expect to see new cases present.
