Health Care Community – The Haven, Assisted Living and Memory Care
We are happy to report that the Chesterfield County positivity rate on the CDC website continues to decrease, it is 29.89% today.
We did have two additional residents test positive for COVID yesterday, one in the Memory Care Unit and one in the Assisted Living Unit. They are isolated in their room. Visits will not be allowed for 14 days in our Memory Care unit due to the special services provided.
All residents in The Haven are negative. As of today, there are three employees in The Haven and four employees in the Assisted Living Community who have tested positive and are quarantined at home.
As per our policy, we continue to test all Health Care Community employees and residents twice a week until we have two consecutive weeks of all negative cases. All staff follows the core principles of COVID-19 infection prevention. Employees continue to be screened daily for signs/symptoms before their shift.
