Independent Living Community
We have tested 11 residents who came in contact with our resident who recently passed away from COVID 19, and the test results of 10 have come back negative. One of our employees also tested negative, so right now, we are waiting on that one final result. If all goes well, we are hopeful that on July 30th we can resume our operations at the level they were prior to this case. We will keep you posted when we learn more.
Health Care Community
The results from our Health CareCommunity testing on July 21st continue to trickle in. To date, all53 residents and 136 employees have tested negative. We are still waiting on the test results for 12 of our employees. If all come back negative, then we will re-test everyone a second time on July 28th to see if we can meet the goal of two consecutive surveys without a positive test.
As the nation experiences a dramatic spike in cases, we would ask everyone to please follow the CDC guidelines of washing your hands regularly, wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.
