Independent Living Community
We are happy to report that we have received negative results for all 11 residents who came in contact with our resident who recently passed away from COVID-19. On July 30, 2020, we will be resuming our operations at the level they were prior to this case. Please be on the lookout for a new list of Protocols in the next few days outlining our plans.
Health Care Community
We have received a late result from our Health Care Community testing on July 21st, which identified one positive employee. All other COVID-19 test results from July 21st for employees and residents were negative. The employee is isolating at home.
As planned, we re-tested all residents and employees at our Health Care Community today, and we will re-test again next week on August 4th, 2020.
To be honest, we feel somewhat defeated right now, but we will “shake it off,” adapt to the news and “march on” because we are Team Brandermill Woods!!!

Please remember to continue to follow the CDC guidelines of washing your hands regularly, wearing a mask and practicing social distancing. This is how we will get to our goal of “ALL” negative.
