If your resident family member has a private caregiver, please be sure they receive this information. The information has been posted on BWTV and emails are sent to Caregiving Agencies who have given me their contact information.
Our next weekly testing required for all caregivers and medically necessary approved visitors will take place on Wednesday, December 9th from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. and 2:30 – 3:30 p.m. This will be a PCR (polymerase chain reaction) test which is processed at a laboratory. We can bill these tests to the individual’s medical insurance. You must bring a copy of the front and back of your insurance card if you’d like to be billed through insurance. A $25 Administrative fee will be charged to the agency or resident.
If an insurance card is not presented, then the $125 cost will be charged directly to the agency or resident.
If you choose to receive your weekly test off-site, your negative test result document must be dated within 7 days of your shift.
