As the Director of Homecare for Brandermill Woods, Mary oversees all operations and aspects of homecare, including recruitment and retention of new caregivers, caregiver training, scheduling, payroll, billing, sales, marketing, and client care. Over the past 15 years, Mary has grown in various roles within the community. She started with us as a concierge in high school, and after graduating from Longwood University with a Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing, she’s excelled in many positions here including Communications Coordinator, Administrative Assistant and Admissions Manager.
Mary is always smiling—which is one of the reasons why the residents love her so much, and one of the many reasons why we’re thrilled she’s part of our team and community. Mary has been a community member from the very start — she grew up in the community of Brandermill, where she likes to spend time with her husband and her son, Tomlin.
